As an international leadership and DEI consultant, my goal is to ensure all current and aspiring leaders aim to create a culture of fairness and justice, that ensure opportunities are accessible to everyone, promoting a sense of belonging and trust within their teams or communities. Simply put: without trust, there is no team — or community.

Inclusion and respect are the cornerstones of my leadership approach, which have help to guide my success as a DEI executive domestically and internationally. I pride myself on having the aptitude to listen carefully and empathetically, seeking and respecting diverse viewpoints, and cultivating an environment where differences are celebrated rather than marginalized.
